Johannes Kapeller is the Managing Director at All4Labels Denmark, with a background in sales, marketing, and consulting, including a VP role at the All4Labels Group and a stint at BCG. An academic at heart, he taught at Montanuniversität Leoben in Austria, where he also earned his doctorate in Industrial Engineering. His research focused on production control strategies, underscoring his expertise in industrial engineering from a Bachelor’s to a Doctorate level.

The label industry is expected to return to growth in 2024 to continue its 50 year growth trajectory, but new trends are clearly emerging. People’s health and well-being is becoming more and more important. Safety, empowerment, people development, work-life balance and local foundations in a global network are critical factors for success.

Technology in the form of new label and decorating technologies, digitization, smart and secure labels is already here and still evolving.
